Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Asin Tour Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") and users regarding the use of PLAYING KOREA (hereinafter the "Service") provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Service" means the eco-tourism game platform provided by the Company.
- "User" means members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
- "Member" means a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and has been assigned an ID.
- "ID" means a combination of characters or numbers selected by a member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
- "Password" means a combination of letters, numbers, or special characters set by a member to protect the member's personal information.
- "Points" means virtual scores earned within the Service through completing games and other activities.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise announced.
- The Company may amend these Terms when deemed necessary. When amending the Terms, the Company will specify the effective date and reasons for the amendment and announce them, together with the current Terms, on the Service's home screen from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date.
- If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may discontinue use of the Service and terminate the service use agreement.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- A user applies for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the Company and indicating agreement to these Terms.
- The Company registers as members those users who applied under Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following:
- The applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms
- The registration contains false information, omissions, or errors
- It is determined that registering the applicant as a member would significantly hinder the Company for technical reasons
- The membership agreement is formed at the point when the Company's acceptance reaches the member.
Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Eco-tourism game services
- Eco-tourism destination information services
- Game completion verification and point accrual services
- Community services
- Any other services additionally developed by the Company or provided to members through partnership agreements, etc.
- The Company may change the services being provided based on operational or technical necessity.
- If there is a change to the content, method of use, or hours of use of the Service, the Company will post the reason for the change, the content of the changed service, and the date of provision on the Service's home screen at least 7 days prior to the change.
Article 6 (Suspension of Service)
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication facilities such as computers, or communication outages.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the Service under Paragraph 1, unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 7 (Obligations of Members)
- Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Stealing another person's information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information designated by the Company
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties
- Disclosing or posting on the Service obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals
- Members shall comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines and precautions notified in connection with the Service, and matters notified by the Company.
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company strives to protect members' personal information as prescribed by relevant laws. The protection and use of personal information is governed by relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide the Service continuously and stably as prescribed by these Terms.
- The Company shall have a security system in place to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the Service, and shall publish and comply with its Privacy Policy.
- The Company shall maintain the necessary personnel and systems to properly handle users' complaints or requests for damage relief arising in connection with the use of the Service.
Article 10 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to works created by the Company belong to the Company.
- Users shall not use information obtained through the use of the Service, to which the Company holds intellectual property rights, for commercial purposes by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or otherwise, or allow third parties to use such information, without the Company's prior consent.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and users shall be filed with a court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service are effective as of August 2026.
